The Founding Analyst Program ties those readings into development. Analysts selected into the program use Spectiva in their own work, in full and free of charge; in return they accompany the process with their field experience and methodological background, comparing the system's output against the reality of their own regions and sharing their assessments with the development team on a regular basis.

The program runs with a limited number of analysts. Applications are assessed by domain expertise and regional experience; the process moves forward with suitable candidates.
